Portage
IV has an underground VIP parking facility of 64 parking stalls.
Over 1 700 additional parking stalls are also available in
a nearby parking facility called Laurier-Taché garage.
The parking facility can be accessed by Laurier Street and
Maisonneuve Boulevard. Public transit service is available
nearby.
Due
to a major rehabilitation project, the Laurier-Taché
parking facility does not offer any public parking until further
notice. However, visitors can find public parking at a walking
distance around the complex.
Monthly
parking passes are available at $ 110.00 per month. For additional
information, please visit the parking management office located
at Portage IV, 9 Laurier Street, Level 01.
There
is plenty of bicycle parking located at the 9 Laurier entrance.
Taxi drop offs are located on both Laurier and Laval Street
while short-term (30 minute) meters are also located at the
Laurier entrance.
